1. Product introduction
Hollow core slab machine works on the long-line table, using the high-strength low-relaxation steel strand as the guide, using the pushing work method to form the concrete hollow core slab. The slab have the advantages of smooth surface, high-density structure, capable of making construction slabs of 4.2m to 18m.

ZB 12*60: 12cm (thickness)*60cm (width), China standard 3-5m span
Roofing slabs
ZB 25*120: 25cm (thickness)*120cm (width), 10-12m span for bridges and hospitals.

Confirm PI (Proforma Invoice) with our sales man first.
Payment: 30% deposit, the Balance 70% paid before our delivery.
3) What kind of raw materials may be used?
Cement, stone, sand etc.
4) What kind of products can we get?
4.1 Width: normally 600-1200mm, Thickness: 50mm-120mm for option.
4.2 Customer can choose most common model in their local, or tell us to make customized size for you.
5) How to maintain within 48 hours?
5.1 Cover the carpet on the slab or panel.
5.2 Spraying water 3-4 times each day on top of the cloth. If you don't do this, it will break at the surface of the panel.
6) What are the supporting machines if need a basic production line?

7) Are the installment service provided?
